“Pearls are always appropriate” – Jackie Kennedy

Truer words have never been spoken. All year-round pearls are my go-to accessory. My pearl earrings are basically a staple in my everyday style. Pearls are the epitome of class and timelessness and can truly be worn with most anything. They can even add a bit of sophisticated glam to a more casual look. I also love how versatile pearls have become. Lately, pearls have been showing up on just about everything from accessories, like bags and shoes, to clothing, as embellishments on dresses, shirts, etc.  From classic to contemporary, pearls are being reimagined in so many fun and fashionable ways.

That’s why I was thrilled to partner with Victoria Emerson on their latest pearl collection! For their newest pieces, Victoria Emerson took freshwater pearls, a symbol of purity and elegance, and added leather for an elevated and unique touch. I chose the freshwater pearl strand on natural and the freshwater pearl strand on ivory for spring and summer. The wraps can be worn day or night and dressed up or down! I honestly don’t think I’ve taken my natural leather one off since I first put it on for this shoot – that’s how in love with it I am!

I loved styling my new bracelets with a simple white dress and natural accessories, like this straw hat and little basket bag. It was the perfect lady-like combination for an afternoon of exploring downtown Charleston. Even so, I also see myself wearing either of these strands with jeans and an easy tee (most likely striped 🙂 ) to add a little something extra to a more casual outfit.

I’m excited to announce that Victoria Emerson is holding a summer sale starting today until Monday. All wrap bracelets are just $19.99 and all boho bracelets are just $24.99! Talk about great deals! Both of my bracelets are included in this summer sale and I’m also crushing on both this one and this one

I’m still obsessing over my wraps and can’t wait to wear them all season long!
