One of my favorite parts of spring in Charleston is the flowers! In March, wisteria starts to bloom downtown, roses start to climb up the palmetto trees around colonial lake, and jasmine starts to peak out on Tradd Street. The second I saw the wisteria, I (along with every other blogger/tourist/person in Charleston) flocked to the famous spot on Meeting Street to snap a photo with the beautiful blooms. I knew I wanted the gorgeous lilac to be the center of attention in the shoot so I opted for a fun and flirty little white dress, hat, and my latest basket bag from J.McLaughlin. I absolutely love the rope detailing this bag has, making it so unique! Springtime in Charleston is so perfect I hope everyone gets to experience it! What’s your favorite thing about spring?
